Phoned the company to set up the new tv I purchased. The person on the phone was polite and helpful. The tv engineer came the next day he was on time. He polite helpful explained how the tv operated took away the old tv as well with the packaging. So a good job done.

Couldn t believe how good the service was! Emailed at 8:40pm on a Sunday and had a reply back in minutes.
